Leaders Navigating Complexity

1:1 coaching to ground, reconnect, and lead from presence

You're Caught Up

The autopilot is running on overdrive now

Body tensing and contracting in the face of criticism.
Shutting down and exhausted by conflicts.
Anger boiling over as your boundaries are relinquished again and again.

These predictable patterns constantly catching you out.
Flooding your peace, overwhelming presence.

You've read the books, set your intentions, made your promises,
And keep ending up back in the same place.
Why won't these cyclones  just stop?

Stop. What? Stop trying to stop them.
This is the way out. The great unhooking.

Observing Yourself

This isn't your traditional coaching work. It's something more fundamental.

It's learning to observe yourself as you're actually living. To catch the moment when the pattern activates, before it takes you over. To see the automatic machinery of yourself with enough clarity that you begin to have a choice about whether to let it run or not.

This is the work of self-observation.

Not analyzing yourself after the fact, but developing the capacity to witness what's happening as it happens.

In real time. In the midst of your actual life. To sense what's really happening in your body when the reactions start running.

We work with whatever patterns are costing you the most. The anger that damages relationships. The people-pleasing that exhausts you. The perfectionism that never lets you rest. The way you disconnect from your body when things get hard. The thoughts that loop endlessly without resolution.

We're not seeking to fix them or transcend them. But to see the whole pattern clearly enough so it stops running you unconsciously.

Building your capacity to lead from the inside out.

Working Together

We typically meet online for 90 minutes a month over 6 - 12 months.

You bring what's alive for you. The difficult conversation you're dreading, the decision that's paralysing you, the team dynamic draining you.

We work with it directly. Noticing how it lands in your body, what shifts when you slow down enough to feel.

Over time, you develop the capacity to pause, ground yourself, and access your own wisdom rather than performing.

Honesty without brutality. Sometimes, you'll want other people's inputs. I'll talk with your boss, peers and team members to understand how you're showing up and what impact you're having.

And you might want me to observe you in action. Not to evaluate, but to simply offer what I'm noticing while you're leading your team sessions.

Our sessions aren't about reviewing your performance. They're about viewing from presence.

Is This Work For You?

This approach works best for leaders who:

  • are facing genuine complexity, not just busyness
  • sense their habitual patterns are no longer working
  • are ready to slow down and go deeper rather than speed up
  • can tolerate discomfort as part of growth
  • want a coaching partnership, not quick fixes

If this resonates, let's have a free 30-minute conversation to explore your situation and see if we're a good match.

Jason is full of challenge, intrigue, creativity, practical tools and leadership insights. He's added real value to me as a leader and really helped me influence my organisation's change.
