The waves keep coming.
But there’s a simplicity in
the midst of it all.
You.
The waves keep
coming.
But there’s a
simplicity in
the midst
of it all.
You.
Yes. This one.
That's Here. Now.
This is the one for
living into and out of.
The scare and the dread,
shame and blame, grief and relief.
These perennial ghosts that haunt
and taunt you into forgetting yourself.
And drop.
Deep.
Into your feet.
Always.
Available.
Here. Now.
This moment.
That's all there is.
I'm a father of three, living in the UK. For most of my adult life I engaged with the world entirely from my head. Analysing, strategising, solving problems, convinced that thinking harder would eventually solve whatever the complexity demanded. It didn't. The patterns kept running. So did the cost of not being able to see them.
The big shift came through realising my body was telling me the truth long before my mind made up its stories. I learned to observe myself — to catch what was happening in the body, to witness the patterns as they arrived rather than after they'd taken over. That changed everything and I've spent two decades doing this work on myself, and walking this territory with leaders, individuals and groups.
This is the work I was made for. Helping you find the simple ground within that doesn't move — and discovering what becomes possible when you live and lead from there.

Simplicity isn't found on the other side of complexity.
It's been inside you all along.
You've become good at engaging with the world. Navigating complexity. But in the middle of all the demands, the noise, the constant pull, it's easy to lose track of yourself.
You keep trying to think your way through what needs to be felt — reacting from old patterns before you've had a chance to notice them. Pulled out of shape by the relationships and systems you're part of.
The work is different for each person. But it has a common shape — learning to turn attention back toward yourself. To observe what's happening within as it happens. Remembering to remember yourself. So you can stay grounded within it all.
Sessions are focused on what's alive for you. We meet online, typically every two to three weeks.
