The waves keep coming.
But there’s a simplicity in
the midst of it all.
You.
The waves keep
coming.
But there’s
a simplicity in
the midst of it all.
You.
Yes. This one.
That's Here. Now.
This is the one for
living into and out of.
The scare and the dread,
shame and blame, grief and relief.
These perennial ghosts that haunt
and taunt you into forgetting yourself.
And drop.
Deep.
Into your feet.
Always.
Available.
Here. Now.
This moment.
That's all there is.
I'm a father of three living in the UK. For most of my life I've been engaging with the world entirely from my head — analysing, strategising, solving problems, and trying hard to think my way out of the complexity. The patterns were real. So was the cost of not being able to see them.
The shift came through learning to observe myself — to sense how a pattern arrived in the body before it took me over, to witness what was happening as it happened. I've spent two decades in this work. With myself, and with leaders, individuals and groups. The work of remembering to remember yourself, over and over again.

Simplicity isn’t found on the other side of complexity.
It’s been inside you all along.
The Work
1:1 sessions for people ready to lead and live from the inside out.
I work with leaders navigating organisational complexity, and with individuals who sense there's something underneath the patterns — something quieter, more essential — worth finding.
The work is different for each person. But it has a common shape: learning to observe yourself without judgement, finding the ground beneath the noise, and discovering what it means to act from there.
Sessions are held online, typically every two to three weeks. We begin with a conversation.
