A Space for Being

The Development Circle

Longing to Be

You notice you're different now.
The shape of your questions, the texture of experience distancing you from other people's lives.

You're holding back more, unable to express the paradoxes within without being expected to pick a side to stand on.

Cultural conventions weighing heavy. Colleagues and conversations unwilling to meet you without trying to fix, simplify, or change what is.

You sit all alone in the complexity and the not-knowing. Longing for a space to pour yourself into just as you are.

The development circle is a safe environment where I can fully explore my interior world. Jason stretches perspectives without being judgemental, and creates a collective space where you can safely expand and grow.

Emerging Essence

This circle exists for emergence and exploration. A space to witness and welcome the fullness and contradictions of you. Where you stop performing and start exploring what's already awake and alive in you. Where you discover the questions you thought were yours alone are shared territory, and that genuine company exists for these sacred inquiries.

Hosting You-Me-Us

I host these circles because I feel the palpable need people at later stages of development have to connect with each other. The isolation of holding complexity, of seeing what others don't yet see, of feeling the edges of your own being. The loneliness is real and you don't need to navigate this alone.

I come as myself. Not as expert or guide, but as a fellow traveller bringing capacity to hold the space, track what's emerging, and work with different frameworks and ways of knowing.

These gatherings constellate a collective intelligence none of us can access alone. An awakeness and aliveness. A quality of cocreated presence. And an openness and vulnerability that moves us into our essential selves.

Jason provides a guiding hand, challenges my thinking and insights, but always with beauty and compassion. He holds a powerful space where I can explore areas I'd previously held under the surface.

Is this Space for You?

  • Do you wish for a space where you can be present without performing?
  • Are you seeking to explore what it means to become more human?
  • Do you want to connect with people who ask questions that don't need answers?
  • Or a place that can hold the paradoxes you don't need to resolve?
  • Are you longing to express your fulness with others who'll meet you compassionately?

What actually happens?

We meet every 6 to 8 weeks for three hours. Four or five participants plus me. Sessions scheduled collaboratively through the year. £150 per session.

We begin in silence. Arrive, settle, notice what you're bringing. Then a round of checking in. No predetermined agenda — topics emerge from our collective field. Someone names what's alive, and we follow it together.

Working with whatever serves our inquiry: psychological, practical, developmental, spiritual, somatic. Our collective intelligence surfacing what needs attention.

Be witnessed in your vulnerability and hold others in theirs. Pour yourself into the space and be the container for another's tender sharing.
