1:1 coaching to ground yourself, reconnect with your clarity, and lead from presence.
Something feels off.
Your superpowers aren't working the way they used to.
The maps that got you here no longer apply.
You're working harder, thinking faster, staying later.
Your mind churns constantly.
Analysing, strategising, planning.
But underneath all that busyness, you know the truth:
You're going round in circles.
You need space to slow down, see clearly, and reconnect with what's real.
Most leadership development focuses on giving you more.
More frameworks, more skills, more strategies.
I work differently.
I offer space to slow down and drop into what's actually happening.
To notice the patterns you're caught in.
To sense what your body already knows beneath the mental chatter.
This isn't about learning new techniques.
It's about building real presence.
Staying grounded under pressure, seeing clearly through overwhelm.
Not more effort, but deeper contact with what's real.
We'll work with what emerges from within.
Your sensations, emotions, repeating patterns.
Building your capacity to lead from the inside out.
I'm Jason. I've spent 20 years working with leaders facing complexity they couldn't think their way through. The politics, the pressures, and the relentless demands to perform.
I've been that leader myself.
My coaching approach draws from developmental psychology and somatic practices. But I don't begin with theory, I begin with what's alive for you.
I'm a father of three, living in Hampshire, practicing the same grounding work I offer you. This matters to me because I know the costs of performing, and what becomes possible when you lead from presence.
We typically meet online for 90 minutes a month over 6 - 12 months.
You bring what's alive for you. The difficult conversation you're dreading, the decision that's paralysing you, the team dynamic draining you.
We work with it directly. Noticing how it lands in your body, what shifts when you slow down enough to feel.
Over time, you develop the capacity to pause, ground yourself, and access your own wisdom rather than performing.
Our sessions aren't about reviewing your performance. They're about viewing from presence.
Honesty without brutality. Sometimes, you'll want other people's inputs. I'll talk with your boss, peers and team members to understand how you're showing up and what impact you're having.
And you might want me to observe you in action. Not to evaluate, but to simply offer what I'm noticing while you're leading your team sessions.
This approach works best for leaders who:
If this resonates, let's have a free 30-minute conversation to explore your situation and see if we're a good match.
